We run regular routes through three cities in Howard County, IN. Each one has its own tree cover, climate quirks, and neighborhood breakdown - pick your city for local pricing and scheduling.
Our home base and primary route - the Old Silk Stocking Historic District, Fairlawn, downtown, and the newer subdivisions on the edge of town.
About 9 miles east of Kokomo via US-35 and SR-22 - flat farm country covering downtown and the surrounding edge-of-town neighborhoods.
A short drive southwest via SR-26 - downtown Russiaville, the town center, and properties bordering farmland on the outskirts.
Tell us a bit about your home and we'll follow up with a straightforward price - usually the same day.

Kokomo is the industrial city, and its housing reflects the boom years - a very large stock built between the 1920s and the 1960s on regular lots under mature street trees. Silver maple in particular is everywhere here, and it is the worst of the common Midwestern trees for gutters: heavy seed drop in spring on top of a heavy leaf drop in autumn, so two seasons rather than one.
Greentown is smaller and more open, with newer subdivisions on the edges where there is genuinely very little overhanging a roofline. That is one of the few places we regularly tell people once a year is enough - and we do, rather than selling a second visit. The older core near the square is a different matter and gets the Kokomo interval.
Russiaville is smaller again and largely surrounded by open farmland, which changes what fills a gutter. Less leaf, more wind-carried field debris and seed - lighter material that packs tighter and reaches the downspout faster than a leaf ever does. It is also the most exposed of the three to straight-line wind, and we see more sections simply pulled loose here than in town.
Same pricing in all three, no travel surcharge. Kokomo runs through the week; the other two have set route days.
